A lover of travel since childhood, he learned to love cooking when watching his mother and decided to move to Alghero where he studied to become a food service technician. He boasts numerous work experiences in restaurants and hotels in Italy and abroad. In 2014 he joined Team Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli and continued his experience in Milan, with the opening of the Marchesi 1824 pastry shop in Via Montenapoleone. In 2018 he became kitchen manager of Luna Rossa and followed the team to New Zealand in 2021. The 2024 America’s Cup in Barcelona will be his second campaign. He loves fishing and spending his free time with friends or walking around discovering new places.
