TEAM

Following in the footsteps of her fater, who is skipper of the Moro di Venezia I, Clelia was raised to sail before she walked, starting at a very young age to race Optimists with solid results (local and Italian championships, Barcolina, etc.), and then moving on to 420s, Lasers, Melges, Moths and 69Fs. Passionate about sailing all round, she also collaborated with the Garda Carbon Lab shipyard while developing some projects for the Milan Polytechnic. During her university studies in Electrical Engineering Clelia attended a 69F regatta in Cagliari and took advantage of that opportunity to interview with Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli who was recruiting a person to join the design team. She joined the Mechatronics department in 2022 and is in charge of the on-water FCS systems, mainly the foil cant system. In her spare time, she practices moto trial, climbing and wing foil. Her favourite place? The Marina di Belgirate on Lake Maggiore.
